Shareholder Analytics and Database Management

  • REPORTING TO: Senior Investor Relations and Corporate Communication Professionals

This is a full time permanent position which will suit a graduate who is interested in the financial markets/Investor Relations/Corporate Communications.

The role is to provide support to the Investor Relations team and other First Advisers executives with training provided. This involves, interrogating our contact database and building client contact lists, assisting with shareholder identification reports, and general assistance to senior professionals.

Maintaining the database and client contact lists, assisting with shareholder identification reports and analyzing financial forecasts.

In addition, you will assist in general office duties, including, assisting with compiling and circulating documents for clients and maintaining client files both hard copy and electronic.

You will work closely with First Advisers’ small number of highly experienced professionals, to ensure quality service and excellent client outcomes.

In this role, you will gain unmatched exposure to some of Australia’s leading ASX listed companies and play and integral part in implementing strategic communication with their key investors and stakeholders.

Flexibility with hours is desirable.


ATTRIBUTES:

You will be degree Qualified or studying for tertiary qualifications. The candidate must be a team player, a self starter, an office “all-rounder”, capable, proactive, enthusiastic and flexible, with a desire to learn and ability to maintain confidentiality.  Strong attention to details and analytics mind, excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Have strong analytical mind, outstanding interpersonal and integrity, and self-motivation.


SKILLS:

Knowledge of Microsoft Access or database management is essential.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and high-level of computer literacy.
